Charles L King & Co (CLK) Echuca has been recognised as selling more properties than any other First National (FN) office in Australia and New Zealand.

CLK co-director Gary Wood who attended the awards said the entire team was thrilled to be recognised at national level at a recent annual First National Convention, which was held in Malaysia.

“We're elated that our team was honoured with 8 prestigious awards at the First National General Excellence and Marketing Awards, but without doubt being recognised as the office that sold more properties than other of the 320 strong FN offices Australia wide was just amazing. It speaks volumes of wonderful twin towns of Echcua/Moama, the fantastic region we live in and how buoyant our market is here.

“This recognition is a testament to our team's dedication and hard work throughout a challenging year marked by the rental supply crisis and 13 official interest rate hikes,” he said.

Similarly, co- director Troy O’Brien as also recognised as selling more properties that any other of the 1000 plus FN agent in Australia/New Zealand.

More than 380 FN delegates from Australia, New Zealand, and Vanuatu attended the annual convention and awards ceremony, which showcases the huge amount of work behind the scenes that is invested into delivering successful results all in every facet of real estate and property management.
